Q: The itty bitty has just been added to the online store, but it already says it's out of stock. Will it be available again?
A: Yes! Normally "placeholders" get added to the online store. It always starts off saying it's out of stock. Wait a little while and it will become available.
Q: The itty bitty is suppose to be out and it's online, does that mean it won't be in stores?
A: No, it will be available in stores, unless it's an Online Exclusive (which it would say under the title or in the description or on the checklist). Some stores take longer to get them than others. The same goes for the other way round. If it's in store it should show up online at some point.
Q: Is there a complete list of all the itty bittys?
A: Not by Hallmark, but YES on this blog! Go to the Checklist tab at the top and see it under the heading "Complete list and Add-Ons". It's a PDF file and listed next to it was when it was last updated.
Q:What does the 2nd in series mean?
A: It just means that there was already an itty bitty released in that group or category. For example Cinderella was released then retired and they just released a new Cinderella (same or different outfit). It also counts if they are releasing another character in that series. For example they released Superman then later they released Clark Kent.
Q: Will there be a regular version of an online exclusive?
A: Maybe. They have released some regular versions in store of the online exclusives (for example Rainbow Brite), but some they haven't. Same goes for the Event Exclusive, some they have and some they haven't. We can just keep our fingers crossed.
Hallmark is about to retire over a dozen of the Itty Bitty Greeting Cards w/IB Plush inside. If there are some that you want to add to your collection you should do it before they run out.
ReplyDeleteThe itty bitty Greeting Cards that are NOT retiring are, Wonder Woman, Batman, Spider-Man, Snoopy, Chewbacca, Yoda, Mickey Vintage, Minnie Vintage, Ariel and Winnie the Pooh. All 18 other styles will be retiring.

Deleteare there three versions of the darth vader itty bitty. I have the version one and version two but noticed a event exclusive on the 2015-2016 checklist add on.
ReplyDeleteYes there are. The Event Exclusive looks just like version one, but has the event label/patch on the bottom with a slightly different tag. I believe it has a gold border on the tag rather than a black boarder.
