I don't know if every store got them but I did see a set at one of my "local" hallmark stores (i checked three and only one seemed to have gotten them) as per the hallmark employees I spoke to today, they only get random assortments and never know what they will actually get in or how many they will get per shipment... so... kinda vague on their part, but hopefully you will find them soon! Sad that there are no Wizard of Oz ones this year. There are so many more they could make. 😕
